  • Free 360 virtual tour creation for landlords.
  • Property listing for rental purposes.
  • Paid virtual tour access for tenants.


3. User Responsibilities

  • For Landlords:
    • Ensure all property information provided is accurate and up-to-date.
    • Agree not to charge additional fees beyond rental agreements made directly with tenants.
  • For Tenants:
    • Use the virtual tour access solely for personal property exploration.
    • Refrain from sharing virtual tour links with unauthorized individuals.


4. Fees and Payments

  • Tenants must pay the specified fee to access virtual tours or landlord contact details.
  • Fees are non-refundable once access has been granted.


5. Privacy and Data Collection

  • Viqarat collects contact details (email and WhatsApp) to deliver virtual tour links and notifications.


6. Intellectual Property

  • All 360 virtual tours created by Viqarat remain the property of the platform. Reproduction or redistribution without permission is prohibited.


7. Limitation of Liability

  • Viqarat is not responsible for any disputes or agreements made between landlords and tenants.
  • Virtual tour content is provided “as-is,” and Viqarat does not guarantee rental outcomes.


8. Modifications to Terms

Viqarat reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated on the platform, and continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
